Working as a Traffic Controller can be a very rewarding job choice. Work locations are varied, you meet different people regularly and you get to play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers, road users and pedestrians.
We are wanting to hear from people that work well under pressure, are good communicators and want to be part of a growing team.
If you are joining our team you will require some PPE (personal protective equipment) Items such as Steel Capped Safety Boots, High Vis Trousers, High Vis Shirt, Hard Hat, Vic Roads Vest, Wand, Safety Glasses, Gloves, Wet Weather Gear, Night Whites for night works and a UHF Radio – we prefer 5 watt. You will need these items prior to starting with us. We will discuss the requirements during the interview stage.
